The Stock Finder can be used without an account. When you use it:

• Stock reports: If you tap "Got it here" or "Out of stock here", we store the pharmacy, the product, your answer and the date. We do not store who made the report.
• Relocation requests: If you tap "Ask my clinic to send it here" or copy the email text, we store the clinic, the pharmacy, the product and the date, so we can count how often each is requested. We do not store your account, your IP address or anything about you with it.
• The email itself: The email is written and sent in your own email app. Your name, date of birth and prescription reference are typed there and never pass through our website.
• Your browser: We keep a small note in your browser so the same report is not sent twice in one day. It stays on your device.
• How the counts are used: We may share totals with clinics and pharmacies, for example how many requests named a pharmacy in a month. Totals are never shared when they are small enough to point to an individual.
