What does Irradiation stand for?

Irradiation: Gamma, beta and non-irradiated

A treatment given to some dried flower after harvest to reduce bacteria and mould. Gamma irradiation uses gamma rays; beta irradiation, also called e-beam, uses a beam of electrons. A non-irradiated product has not had this treatment. Product descriptions say which applies when the producer has stated it.
